request logo

hi, can anyone here help me to create a main logo for my forum??

i really need your help...
ok, here you go the description:

forum main logo:
-size: 700 x 225 pix
-color: blue & black(combined, as long as look nice)
-picture backgruound: scorpion (if u can't make it,just leave the pict)
-text to insert:


-text size: just make 'MIG33 KLATEN' the biggest of all and 'www.mig33klaten.tk' the smallest.

-animation: make it blingking for text 'MIG33 KLATEN' ,and glowing for other texts and picture bacground

-font style: make look like graffity style, or else up to you

i think that's all my request.
i hope you can make it.
